  • My husband and I have two senior dogs (11 and 14). We had 3 pups at one point, all on the Banfield wellness plan for 15 years. In recent years, we have had numerous occasions where we were unable to get in for urgent appointments, thus prompting our decision to look for a new vet. Thanks to the recommendations from fellow Yelpers, we found Hayden Rd Animal Hospital. First off, the perfect 5-star rating is ALL true! We have been beyond pleased with the care our dog Whiskey (11 year old lab) has received since moving him over to this clinic. He is a tough case, developed laryngeal paralysis, had to undergo surgery and then got a bout of pneumonia. We are always confident in your care he receives here. Dr. Ryan always takes the time to answer questions and does a thorough exam. We never have issues filling meds, getting appointments. Very important aspects of care for senior dogs! The staff is always warm and wonderful. I can't wait to transfer my 14 year old Jack Russel in Jan when our Banfield plan expires. They are also renovating their office, so this spring they will have whole new digs.
