  • Merchant is charging surcharges on debit cards - this is not allowed per card brands - not to mention it is also not properly disclosed with signage at the store location - when I questioned the cashier he said but I told you and I advised him that this was an illegal practice and I will report him if he does not return my funds - again he said but I told you, well ok I told you also
