  • I LOVE this store soooo much better than the one in the Fashion Show Mall. I bought my fourth pair of CLs here and the only reason I didn't buy the others here was because they didn't have a shoe in my size and I live in CO. Anyhoo, the staff is about a million times nicer, patient, and friendlier than the CL in the Fashion Show Mall. Their selection (sale as well) is about three times the size, the store is larger, cleaner and the shoe selection itself is fantastic. If I'm going to spend over a thousand on shoes I want to feel like I'm spending over a thousand on shoes, not like an overcrowded Payless at Christmas. If you are dying for red soles go to this location! There was a super nice petite girl there the week of Christmas (Asian I believe) so I apologize that I forgot her name but she is sooooo great! They are kind and helpful whether you look like you are buying a pair or not, I was definitely not dressed as if I looked like I was buying a pair. I'd arrived in Vegas about two hours prior and didn't want to wait for my new pair. :) Go here! If they don't have what you want and you do have to go to the Forum, prepare yourself for the lack of spoilage level unfortunately (avoid the larger woman, she is the manager) and incredibly rude. I've been to both stores numerous times and this has been my experience every time. There is more staff at this location and they are all courteous to you whether you look like you're buying shoes or not. The CL at the FSM. I would know, I've been to both numerous times and it is like that every time. If you prefer being treated like Cinderella, shop here. If you prefer being treated like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman, go to the Fashion Show Mall.
