My husband surprised me with an early birthday dinner at Deseo. Sat at "The Rail" on a Sunday evening and had an AMAZING dining experience watching and chatting with Chef Derek. We ordered the nikkel ceviche, wagyu short ribs, pork chops, and potato frits. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious; it was hard to pick a favorite (even the gluten free dinner roll was a contender--and I usually despise gluten free...) but my ultimate favorite was the short ribs. Highly recommend. Try sitting at the rail, especially if Chef Derek is working upfront. A wonderful dining experience!
