  • Called the shop around 10 am to make an appointment. I was told there would be an opening at 1 pm. I showed up at 12:50 pm for my appointment and all I needed done was an alignment and tire rotation. My vehicle was FINALLY finished at 3:45 pm. NEARLY THREE HOURS FOR A FREAKING TIRE ROTATION AND ALIGNMENT!?!? ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME!?!? Interestingly enough, when I was spending money in there they were very gracious and speedy. Now that they have to honor the warranty I bought I have to wait like some schmuck!? The only reason I'll be going back there is because my tires are still under warranty. If I have to wait like this again, watching others who came in after me leave before me, I'll be filing a complaint with the BBB as well.
