  • I'm giving this place 5 stars and I've never even been there. However, I have talked to their emergency room techs twice, and they gave me GREAT advice both times and avoided a trip in. I REALLY like that they will talk to you on the phone when really, they could just charge you to come in-it makes you feel like they really care about you and your pets and aren't there just to make money. So therefore, this is the place I WILL go when we do have an emergency and I also have recommended it to any friends, a few have gone and have great experiences.
