  • I ran in on an impulse-buy to get a wireless router for my laptop. I know how lines can be at Verizon and I had about 10 minutes before I HAD to be somewhere. I got Tina who happened to not be with a customer. She patiently answered all of my questions about the wireless and went to work setting it up. Tina showed me how to work it, what to expect on my monthly bill, and how to quickly get my mail-in rebate. I was out of the store in 10 minutes.... That is a great experience!
