I never thought to check Yelp for an auto parts store, but I wish I would have. I ordered some brake pads and other parts online from Pep Boys and the site said they'll be available after noon the next day. They weren't, it's been five days now, and no one at the store can/will help (it takes 5-10 minutes to get a real person ) they direct you to 1-800-pepboys who redirected me to the store. Who has no answers. I tried to cancel my order, so I wouldn't be charged, but I can't because it's a ship to store, and apparently no one in the company has any control over it, or can help.
