  • i own a small business myself and understand the importance of customer service. these guys have always gone above and beyond for me since buying my first bike there 5 yrs ago. i bought my second bike there this morning and got a smoking deal on one of their last road bikes. more important than everything going smoothly 100% of the time at a place you frequent?? TRUST. my first bike fell off my SUV (dumb on me) and i TRUST them to do a thorough crash assessment and make sure that, if salvageable, it will be fully functional and completely safe to ride. i TRUST their opinion when i ask them a question about pedals, handlebars, tires, tubes, whatever. Cycling is a hobby of mine and I love it. I rely on Bicycles of Phoenix for their knowledge and support and I keep going back because of the TRUST I have in them.
