Terrible!! DO NOT have Lions Den come to your home. We have a First American home warranty which I now regret having. My angle valve broke on my kitchen faucet (hot water valve) just before I left town. I didn't have time to fix before I left so I logged into the warranty site and paid my $75 to have someone come out. Lions Den was assigned and they came out - my wife told me a very young plumber came out to the home didn't spend much time with her and then told her the issue was PRE-EXISTING....WHAT? The valve just broke! The plumber wanted an additional $130 or something like that so my wife sent him away without the repairs made.I called Jody who gently tried to defend this issue being a pre-existing condition but had a hard time defending his guy- I told him what went on and he told me he was going to look into the matter and call me back the next say. He DID NOT follow up with me as promised so if he decides to respond to the negative review he does not have much to stand on as he was part of the problem. I just got home from my business trip and repaired the valve- thanks for nothing Lions Den plumbing... so disappointing.
