So I booked this hotel with a "hotel.com" gift card (50$ off) vs. booking with my regular travel agency provided by USAA my military group. I booked 1 room with 3 people (2adults 1 kid (who's 16) ). The room has ONE queen bed with no pull out couch or anything else for my 16 year old boy to sleep on. I jury asked the front desk person for a additional roll bed and he tells me its an additional 10$ per night for that?? Or "upgrade for additional 15$ per night!!?? REALLY???? I'll tell you "I" won't be back here!!! You knew when I booked it was for THREE people! What were my husband and I supposed to do, sleep with our kid that's bigger than us !!! Seriously stop nickel and dimeing your guests, you might get a better rating!!!
Additionally, the breakfast was minimal, plain, and they won't let you leave out of the breakfast area with your breakfast. Like your a kid they lock both doors so you MUST exit in the main lobby so they can WATCH you. SERIOUSLY! The pool also has dead bugs in it! CLEAN IT!!
Lastly, I will get on my fb page and write another poor review, I will also let my other military personnel I know NOT to stay here!!
