  • Suffers enormously from the same negligent malaise that endangers patients in the worst possible way. Staff are asleep at the wheel. Receptionists socialize at the expense of patients waiting to be seen. Be prepared to wait. If you have an appointment, be sure to show up at least an hour early. Found this out the hard way.
