  • I took my adorable Zuchon puppy into the Pet Club on Thomas Rd. For grooming. When she came out she looked like she had been to the chop shop. She received the worst haircut I have ever seen. In addition would carry her out to the car and her loose hair was going everywhere. We took her back into the shop and asked if they would repay her to get this hair off of her and initially they refused period after an argument they finally agreed to pay her to get this excess hair off of her. It didn't change the horrible haircut. The staff in the grooming Center offered no solutions, no compensations such as bringing her back when it grows out and letting someone else groom her. We are totally fed up and now have to live with this haircut. I will add that the people in the store itself are awesome in most professional but the Grooming Salon get zero Stars. I had to give it one star to post review.
