  • If only the food was as great as everything else. Atmosphere, service, presentation; all GREAT. But the food is a fail. I've given this place several tries. But I'm done. They changed up the gnocchi appetizer (the primary reason I go). It's no longer the creamy, zaftig sauce with layers of flavor. I received a bowl of below average gnocchi with a thin, watery, broth that was overwhelmed with the taste of charred asparagus. I got the grilled shrimp and lobster ravioli. Same problem. Thin and tasteless broth with no substance of flavor or texture. The veggies on top seemed boiled and did not complement the dish and felt like an afterthought. My friends got the pork and another had the pan seared grouper. They had the same problem. Just kept describing theirs as "flat". The food was really disappointing since I go expecting to get something a little special for my money. I understand it's a seasonal menu and lighter in general, but that doesn't mean leaving out taste! Our sever bent over backwards to help us and she could not have been more accommodating. We asked about our items we ordered and she said they were "keeping the menu fresh". Ok, that's cool. But keep food up to the same standard as everything else.
