  • In the past this was my GO-TO spot! But after my last 2 experience I will NEVER go back!! I get SNS nails, so I pay about $40.00 a visit, every 2 to 3 weeks!! The whole reason I started doing SNS was because they are supposed to be better for natural nails, and I have long-ish natural nails. Well, the 2nd to last time I went in a younger guy did my nails. He drill filed them to the point they were paper thin!! I tried saying that I usually have them soaked off with Acetone but he said he knew what he was doing. They looked nice, so I didn't complain. Then, only a week after I broke a nail doing nothing extra intensive, and it literally snapped off!! It broke pretty far down and it was quite painful! I went in and had a young lady do my nails. Before we even started I told her that I felt like they were getting thin, and showed her the broken nail. She said she'd be careful since it was still sore, and would be sure to not file too much. She glued a tip on CROOKED, and wouldn't fix it when I noticed it. She said it was already dry. :/ Then continued to drill my nails saying that's the only way to get it off, but she would put extra layers of powder on. I agreed. When she finished, she gave me a bill for another $40! I was surprised that I was being charged for a FULL SNS manicure when I came in to express I was dissatisfied with my previous manicure!! $80 in 2 weeks?! NUTS! She said I wasn't clear enough and since I had her add extra powder to all my nails it was a full price manicure! I wish she would have said that!!! Now, only 7 days after the second visit 2 more of my nails have broken doing totally normal every-day things (ex; putting on a tennis shoe- POP goes a nail! :( ) Overall- WAY overpriced for technicians who don't know what their doing, and have terrible customer service!!
