  • As a first-time home buyer, I feel as if Steve Trang made the buying process as easy and smooth as possible. When I first met with him at Stunning Homes Realty, he asked me what type of home I was looking for and where I would like it to be. I had not thought about any of these things, but he was able to share common reasons why other people in my age bought certain homes + asked good questions like how much of a commute is okay and price ranges. Considering how much of a beginner I was, I'm sure I was asking stupid questions, but he was still very positive and had an eagerness to help me learn and walk me through the home buying process. Once I decided on a house in Tempe, Steve was able to negotiate and close quickly, additionally giving me peace of mind by covering 1st year's home warranty. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!
