As you can see from my review of the west side Gates Collision Center I would have gone into the negative with my star ranking if it were allowed. At the time when I picked my vehicle up I was so incensed over the double tapping of my bank account and their complete lack of customer care that I failed to notice, until my Honda dealership team member pointed out Gates did not put the front bumper they replaced to be aligned with the rest of the vehicle. Last week I took my vehicle to the East Side location since it is much closer to where I live and also because I wanted their wrong to be corrected. The friendly gentleman who I will not mention by name at this time agreed that it had been put on incorrectly and so I made time out of my busy schedule to have this rectified last week. I am not sure what they maybe fastened it with chewing gum or something because it looked fine after he and another service member took the vehicle into the service bay for about 10 minutes and then showed me the now supposedly aligned and secured front bumper. (something involving a clip) By the time I returned home the bumper was out of alignment with the rest of the vehicle AGAIN just like it was prior to getting it re adjusted from what should have been a flawless job from the beginning. I will be taking my vehicle back there on Tuesday evening and we shall see if they are able to make good on a repair that should have never gone wrong in the first place.
