rev:text	My experience with this location has been nothing short of Hell!!! It's too soon to say how well the surgeon did (Dr. Tsuda)....so I won't comment yet on that. BUT.....the front desk has been a total nightmare! Starting with just calling to make an appointment! I've had to deal with JAMEKA from the very beginning of the first phone call. And let me tell you....JAMEKA has no business whatsoever working in a facility such as this! Just to make an appointment she has hung up on me twice, put me on hold too many times to even count, and the last time she put me on hold for 2 and a half hours!!!!!! I am not kidding! I had to call back on a landline because my cell was going dead! She is so unprofessional that it stuns me she even got hired!!! She is extremely incompetent & rude! She has lied to me.....and tried to place blame on her superior Raymond....who I finally contacted...and he clarified that she was in fact lieing and trying to blame him for not getting approval to get my surgery done. When the truth is....I didn't need approval because the surgeon was in my network! But she made me wait almost 2 weeks to get my surgery because she was clueless! And then she had the nerve to laugh about it on the phone when I spoke to her!!! I had to contact the Dean of this establishment to get anywhere! Do yourself a favor and ask to speak to Robin or Anyone besides JAMEKA! She has caused so much added stress to me that I can't even put it into words! I would never in a million years recommend this place to anyone!
