  • I went into CVC's website today to download forms for my husband who will be a new patient. Saw option for reviews so just clicked, thinking I would write my own in praise of this practice. I was shocked into disbelief that these could be actual complaints. My first thought was that a dissatisfied patient had encouraged others to write the bad reviews. I have never experienced any of the negatives mentioned. My contacts with front office staff have always been handled with accommodation and efficiency. Will try to avoid a prolix account of my experience, I will say that after a stress test, which indicated a negative result, Dr. Prasad phoned me after his working day was over to tell me his interpretation was that it was actually positive. I resisted his suggestion of an angiogram but he spent a long time persuading me that I did have a problem. How many busy doctors would spend time on the phone to overcome a resistant patient and convince them of the necessity for an additional procedure. HE WAS ABSOLUTELY CORRECT, I have pictures of the blockage and after he had placed a stent showing the difference. This doctor is absolutely brilliant. He probably saved my life. Thank you CVC and Dr. Prasad.
