  • I am adding to the horrible reviews and customer service of this company. I had 2 people come out to first give an estimate and to second measure the area. We have 2 stair cases and one was curved so they said they could not do that one but could do our other straight staircase with a slight modification for the top stair. We said fine and we were told it would take a week to bind the carpet runner. I never heard anything for 3 weeks. I called the 800 number for customer service and was able to schedule the install. They said they would call me the morning of with a time. I had to call them 3 times before 11:30 am to give me a time and then finally a supervisor got on the phone to tell me they can't do the job. The day of the install they told me the can't do the job after we took off work and waited around half the day AND after the installer told us he could? It was so frustrating. The customer service is horrible. There is no local office number except for a cell phone. Very unprofessional. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY.
