  • This was in a nice area in a big building with a lot of other salon type people. She came to the front to get me for my appointment, but once I said I had a Groupon, she never said another word during my gel manicure. This was quite awkward. I felt as if I was an inconvenience to her as she hurried through to just get done. Never in my life have I met someone so unprofessional, and received a terrible service at the same time. If you have a Groupon she only has a few colors to choose from which I had not expected. I asked for different colors she said, "For Groupon, that's it." What? Who goes to get their nails done and the color you want is not even a choice? Never- will I ever- go back. Even if it was free. Not even if you paid me to sit in that chair. No. Thank. You. Nicky's Nail Bakery is a fancy name, but not a fancy place. Go elsewhere.
