  • SAVED. MY. LIIIIFEEEE. Record breaking temperatures this week and 100 degrees out at 11:30pm. AC goes out and stops blowing cold air. I called their answering service and a nice woman said she would have someone call me. Everywhere else said they were booked through tomorrow evening or just plain didn't answer. Ken called me back in about 5 minutes, said he was on his way and got here within about 30 minutes or less. He told me about the overtime charge ahead of time, which I appreciated (and really wasn't too bad). Ken replaced the broken capacitor in my unit, didn't have to order any parts and I didn't have to stay at a friend's and try to deal with this mess at work tomorrow! My hardworking AC is now blowing cold air again. Would have been a miserable night without Ken's help. Plus he was a nice guy and explained how it worked to me and what he found. Hope his hard work is rewarded! Thank you!!!
