My girlfriend and I went bowling on a Saturday. The front desk attendant offered us the summer bowling passes. We spent $93 on these passes. We were told we could bowl whenever we wanted up to 3 times a day. It was a great deal! The next day we went to use the passes and we were informed that we can only use them on weekdays before 4 pm. Well like normal adults we have jobs during the week and the passes are useless. I went to the bowling alley to ask for a refund. They showed me piece of paper with a number on it, refused to give me a refund and told me to call the number. I called the Customer service number, finally got ahold of someone and she said "we will get back to you in two business days." It has been over 2 weeks and I have yet to receive a refund. I have called back and no one will answer. This was the first and last time I will bowl with bowlero.
