  • My grandfather was in the military and recently passed away; so my mother brought his flag here to be pressed. The lady who worked there opened up the box and threw the flag on the floor. For those who don't know flags are not supposed to touch the ground at all. My mother then said something about it and the lady's response was "well it doesn't matter". Needless to say they will not be getting anymore of our business ever again. Very insensitive not only to our flag but also my family during this difficult time.
