Was promised I would get a call of a half hour window that the technician would be at my office. I get a call and they say they are downstairs. I have deadlines at work that would be detrimental to our business if I delay so I told the gentleman I would do my best to be down in 10 minutes but I was told I would be given a half hour. I went downstairs after about 20 minutes only to find nobody. I call back to reschedule and they told me that the tech waited over a half hour which not only is a lie but when I told them he did not wait over a half hour that implies that I am lying. What happened to the customer is always right? I have it on my phone records: 9:48am call in, 10:11 voicemail. That is not OVER a half hour. Its a minor technicality but a big deal to imply a customer is in the wrong. Plenty of places here to give business to.
