  • SERVICE AND SALES HERE ARE THE WORST... they do a great job at earning 1 STARS. Very unprofessional feel from the show room to the service and sales people. Sales people are very under dressed including the management. My experience was pretty bad and clearly they don't care because I still haven't got a call back from the service manager to find out why we left the dealership that day. This was 3 days ago... I had a service appointment to change my oil this past Friday 13th at 11am. Again nothing more but to have my first oil change for my new car. I arrive at 11am sharp and ask the service guy about how long until it's done, he replies give us an 1 hour. This seem accurate on time frame so I decided to wait in the show room. While sitting there... across the show room in the corner there were easily about 5-7 sales guys sitting down doing nothing, playing on their phones and talking out loud and laughing about personal gossip but in such an unprofessional manner it was obnoxious. About 12:15pm 1hr and 15min after dropping off my car I head back to the service area to see if my car was done or at least almost done. Once I get out there I look around for my car and see it parked on the side. I ask another service rep as I didn't see the rep who helped me when I showed up... I asked "If the cars parked along that wall means their finished?" He said NO those cars are waiting to go in the shop... I was blown away as I had things to do this day and was on a time strain. Now very upset I stood there for another 15min just watching the service garage area. I tried to understand what was putting them so far behind. There was only one car up on the hydraulic lift and only one service tech working on it... what didn't make sense to me is there's 3 open spaces and 2 other service techs hanging around doing nothing. Same thing like the show room workers just sit around doing nothing here... in fact one sat down and started looking at his phone and the other started to lean on the wall and smoked his VAPOR... Now 1hr and 30mins later and my car is still is parked... I'm done. I asked for the service manager and of course he's off to lunch and all the rep can do is give back my keys to and say "I'll let the manager know you cancelled"... The worst customer service ever it's like they don't care... Sadly I did give them business over the summer I brought my brother here to buy a new Jeep. This draws the line for me I will now only share my horrible experience amongst this dealership and never refer them business. Wow and through out that whole experience from start to finish... not one of the service reps introduce them selves... that's bad service.
