  • Farrah is now located at Steeles and Yonge. I had my hair done there once before and it was ok for the extra 75! She up charged in cash for doing full highlights. No longer a deal is it ? Today I called and she told me it would be over 200.00 to do my hair! She is dreaming. I could get my hair done by Torontos artists for what she thinks she is worth! Very dubious business and yet it looks like people still go see her! Beware
