  • I would have rated them with no stars if that was an option. We have furnished 6 rooms with furniture from the room store and this last time we bought the warranty for our leather couch. The couch would dis color and every time we called to get it fix it would do it again within a couple days. Finally they are delivering a new couch after several awful phone calls with customer service. They couldn't even get that right. I called Brian twice at the corporate office and he won't even call you back! This store is awful and their customer service department should not call themselves customer service they don't deserve that name. With all the competition out there we will take our money and our business else where! I received a call from Alan today and he worked hard to rectify my situation. I appreciate all that you did for me and really trying to improve the customer service with the Roomstore!
