  • Despite never having met Sandrine, her service was personable and impeccable. Arrangement was a carbon copy of the one viewable on their site (flawless) and the delivery prompt. I confirmed delivery to the Encore for my 2nd wedding anniversary all via 1 initial phone call and multiple follow-up emails. Sandrine was responsive and available (via email) even when business was closed. Definitely would not hesitate to do business or recommend them. -visit their websites for arrangement ideas and price points. -peonies are not in season. -FYI deliveries from outside vendors are coordinated with the hotel bell desk. Don't worry if you're not in your room; bell desk will secure the package, call your room and subsequently leave a message if you're still out. The element of surprise will still be in your control.
