Yesterday, (for the second time at this target location) I utilized the Kodak Moments app through Targets photo labs. I pick which photos I want printed on the app and submit it for whichever Target location I want them printed at. Every target location I've used has successfully printed my photos for years using this app except the target at the waterfront. It's very frustrating because I not only received a confirmation number but also an email saying my photos are ready to be picked up at the waterfront photo lab! Since this was my second time attempting this (and the first time was unsuccessful as well) I figured I'll call the photo lab to 100% make sure they were in fact done. When I called, not only did I get hung up on and had to call back, but the associate very unprofessionally stated my photos are not there. I explained I have a confirmation number and an email saying they are done. She states "well I can't find them".
....so does that mean you guys lost my photos? Are they floating around for everyone to see? Can you at least attempt to reprint them for me? Can we solve this repeated issue with a better answer then "you don't know".
