If it were possible to give a more negative review I'd do it. This place is a great reflection of the poor customer service and attention to detail that we've all come to expect with UPS. I had a box that was supposed to be delivered on Friday, and it never got unloaded off the trailer at the airport. So, I requested they held it at the hub for pick up on Saturday. I drove to the Hub on Saturday to pick it up, only to find out that it had made it to their facility, but it was in a trailer no one had keys to. The truck loaders don't work until early Monday morning. I asked that they cancel the hold order then, so it would be delivered on Monday, and they said "They would try". Needless to say, my package was finally delivered to my office on Tuesday afternoon. These folks really made it clear that customer service wasn't their biggest priority.
