Let me start saying I bought a house ready for move in but I wanted to replace the carpet from the living room and kitchen. Sound like easy. Without doing research I hired a contractor that someone recommended to install tile. This was a nightmare. After 2 weeks he was not done yet, the place was a mess, he installed tile wrong and scratched walls doors and other. All the tile was moving and he tried to blame me saying someone step on it. I was not living there yet and the couple times I went to see progress I did not step on nothing. He removed half the floor and tried putting a mesh. By this time I had to move in to the property. I got tired of him and since he did not had a idea what he was doing fired him. Since he new he did wrong didn't argue and gave me my money back. However I lost $1000 on material and now had to pay to remove the mess he left. And he was trying to charge more than average by the way.
After having multiple people coming to evaluate I decided to go with A to Z direct flooring. Sam was really helpful. The first thing I notice was he was not trying to up sell.I felt no pressure to buy or decide fast either. He explained to me the options and recommended to go with laminated instead which is also cheaper. He told me if I wanted to do tile this was also possible. He has some really nice tile by the way. His price for removing and installing was reasonable. He did not charge extra for detailed like all the other places where trying. He was able to start installation 1 day earlier than we set because of me asking. Emmanuel and his brother arrive on time, took 1 day for demolition and 2 days to install and finish all details. They did a great job. They where really polite and friendly. They also left everything clean after done. I couldn't believe it. I will recommend this place to everyone.
