I have been to this restaurant many times and have always had great experiences. I'm no foodie, but I enjoy a nice meal every once in a while, and Bona Terra is my favorite place for extra special occasions. Their food is fresh and locally grown, and the menu changes daily based on what the chef buys at the market. I've never had a better beef tenderloin anywhere. Decor is simple yet tasteful, and the waitstaff is friendly and polite. Their music choices are top notch, too (I've heard everything from Beck to Radiohead to Band of Horses), but never obtrusive.
