Come on, Tom Jetland! You know better than to open a place like this.
The first sign of a problem: the pepsi machine is the focal point of the restaurant. The second sign: too much IKEA furniture. The third sign: the staff outnumbered the customers, and it didn't seem like the place would need so many staff people even if it were busy.
Here's the big one: the menu looks interesting until you realize that it's basically the same six things repeated in several different forms! Do you want those ingredients in pita form? sandwich form? panini form? They should just have a grid: carbohydrates on one axis, fillings on the other. You just point to the box you want. It's like subway.
The food was ok, especially because there isn't much in the area. But I was expecting something with good food like Fez, and this just disappointed.
