The only reason that Compass Bank (bbva) got two stars is because of Romeo Zavala, the branch manager. He's always been wonderful to me and a great help. Fast forward to my experience today dealing with an agent named BJ Chavarri. The moment I walked into his office he seemed irritated that I was using his time. I've been waiting for checkcard since December 7. Now I know that this is not his fault, but I was looking for him to help me to see when my check card would be delivered. I made a comment saying "it's hard with the bank because there's nothing you can do to compensate me for such a Bad experience." BJ's response to me was "I mean, what do you want me to do about it?" While rolling his eyes. I don't know about you other consumers out there, but that's not the way I want to be talked to in a bank I've put hundreds of thousands of dollars into. I'm disgusted and irritated.
