  • I really love this place and the type of wax that they use. It's much less painful than waxing at other salons! I also love the perks like the products sold there and the free panty, too. Every esthetician has been quick, friendly, professional, and thorough. There have been a couple instances where more hair was left than I'd like but I can easily take care of that at home. This location, perhaps being the flagship location, is very busy however. They can be hard to get a hold of. There have been times where I have called and no one answers or I'm on hold for a long time, maybe forgotten about. I've no-showed an appointment unfortunately due to that because I've tried calling twice to cancel and didn't have to time to keep trying to get ahold of someone. Maybe I have to find the magic time of day that's best to get through! Overall, would recommend.
