  • Sooo first off they lost my blood work.. Glucose test for my pregnancy already not a fun test! Beside the only receptionist they have was high energy and NEGATIVE! From the time I walked in she was yelling at me about paperwork...even tho i told her it was submitted online (i really think she was pissed because she didnt know her computer system to locate it) asked me if i was fasting told her YES and still went on about how fasting is within 10 hours.. yes I'm fasting I repeated then she yelled at me for trying to pay cash because the people I made my appointment with over the phone told me cash for the cash discount! Remind you this is all at 630 am.. she kept repeating about my insurance which I dont have and told her! Finally I said listen lady I dont get your attitude this am.. you just opened and I think you need to be a little nicer to people. Remind you these people here are feeding your pay check! Finally her attitude change and decided to kiss ass. But still over all she is the reason why I say 1 star and go somewhere else. The lady that drew my blood was nice and light handed if that make sense lol. Sitting here for 3 hours shes been yelling or lecturing everyone that walks in!
