  • I went to the office in the hopes it would keep me from a lengthy time standing (I am somewhat disabled). The office has a handicap parking spot right at the door. A number system (take a number). Plenty of seating and I had my eye exam, my picture taken, and my paperwork completed in 20 minutes total. I left with a temporary renewal license. The clerk was friendly, efficient and helpful. Beats going to MVD and the convenience fee is well worth it. I was at the Surprise location.
