| - NOT SAFE,NOT PROFESSIONAL,NOT WORTH IT!!!! 18 Reasons Why NOT to Fly Frontier.
So my boyfriend and I took this flight because it was the only flight to Arizona for the time we wanted to be back.(1)This flight was really cheap BUT you have to pay for carry ons! This was our first time with this airline and for everyone else on this flight it was their first time too! We waited in a long long with no one at the check in.(2)Finally the workers came out laughing and being non chalant as if they were just chillin with their friends and didn't have a job to do.
I let that go and didn't seem like too big of a deal.(3)Our flight was at 4:45, then they delayed it to 6pm, 7pm, 7:09, 7:18, and finally 9pm!!! (4) NO ONE came to tell us ANYTHING, no one at the desk of our waiting area,NOBODY, not even the PA system to announce it!
(5)Finally workers come and they look like they're fresh out of high school with no degree or experience.(6)They were so unprofessional! Drinking sodas at the counter on the clock, leaning on the desk, TEXTING on their phones, making jokes to each other and not telling us or reassuring us of anything
(7)Everyone on the flight rushes and almost riots at the desk and basically all they do is say that they can give us $15 vouchers for food(for a one time use with NO CHANGE back.If you don't use all $15 you lose the rest). (8) Cmon now $15 for a FIVE HOUR DELAY?! FOR A 1.5 HR FLIGHT?!?!?.(9)I'll say that again, 5 HOUR delay for a flight that should only be about 1.5 hrs.
(10) we shouldn't even have to wait that long for such a short flight that is only the next state over! (11)I would have felt better if at least the workers were professional but no, the worst came to worse for everything.
(12)Then they tell us that PART FROM THE PLANE IS MISSING!!!!! what the .... Don't trust this flight they're so unprofessional, ridiculous delays for a short flight, and unsafe(missing parts?!)
(13) When we finally got on the plane my boyfriend ask what was wrong with the plane and the flight attendant man said,and I quote, "Something was wrong with the breaks or something," BREAKS?!? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!Who built this plane?!
14) A man on the same flight as us is a major in aviation or aero engineering or something( I forgot)but basically he said that if it's the breaks, the plan is supposed to be fixed and not be able to use until at least 2 days later.
15)OH and one of the workers before we boarded the plane said,"This plane is a good one." Shouldn't they all be????(16)The plan ride did not sound or feel right at all.We got back safely but was NOT WORTH IT.(17)You're better off paying for a more expensive flight with no carry on fees, professional service, reassurance, safety, no ridiculous delays, and so much more.Don't waste your time, it's not worth a last resort.Oh and for a 4:45 flight, we didn't (get home till 12am. (18)We waited 30 mins for our luggage a to be delivered because they were still about to deliver the last Frontier flight's luggages.About 9 people from the Frontier flight before us has lost luggages, go figure.
