We went to the store on 67th Ave & Bell to buy a mattress for the Labor Day sale & got terrible customer service. We stood around for 15 minutes waiting for someone to help us. There were sales people standing around but we must not have looked like were going to be worth their commission. We even stood at the customer service counter looking straight at the staff & no one asked if they could help us. Finally I asked for a sales associate & a girl came over to help. After she showed us where the mattresses were she said she would be right back but never came back. After 1/2 an hour we went to customer service, once again, to get someone to help us. We were told by the new sales person that the mattress we were buying came with a free gel mattress cover but when he found out we were financing he said we would have to pay for the mattress cover if we wanted it. We wanted delivery and was told they deliver from 8:15 on, we wanted a Saturday & that was quite a bit early for a starting time but we agreed. He informed us that they would call 2 days before to give us our time frame & unless you cancel 3 days before you would have to still pay the delivery fee. If the time doesn't work out how can you change the delivery day 3 days ahead if you only know when they're coming 2 days ahead. What a racket! I just got a call about the time they would be at my house & was told they were coming between 7:15 and 11:15. That's an hour before the guy at the store said they would come. We are the first delivery so we can expect them at 7:15. I asked them to honor the 8:15 time but after 30 minutes of them repeatedly saying "there's nothing we can do", I gave up. I have medical problems & it's extremely hard for me to get dressed that early but they didn't care. If I wanted to change my delivery date, since I didn't make the 72 hour time frame for changing it, it would cost me an additional $49.00 delivery fee. As I said before, how can you change the day 3 days ahead if you don't know it's going to work out until 2 days ahead. Even if I change the day there are no guarantees that the time would change. This is the worst customer service I've even seen. They only care how it will affect their route, to hell with the customer. Never again!!!!!!!
