  • I apologize Normally I write short reviews but this will not that short. The ability to send in pictures and explain in advance what was wrong was great Expected it not to be within the 2 hour window 42 minutes and I heard back. Then when I brought it in with out the power cord they were so pleasant that I did not feel stupid. Within a day I had text it was ready. They took the time to walk me through what they did and how to prevent the virus I downloaded from happening again. Never accept java update...how to java direct. My newish desktop operated faster than when I bought it and I felt I received excellent service and paid a much lower price than I thought I would. I give them the highest recommendation that can be given. It is great to see two masters at their profession helping someone who is pretty good at fixing computers do it so well.
