  • While still at Valley Dental, Dr. Connell said my son did not need braces because there was plenty of room in his mouth. 3-months later, a dentist a Lydian (not Dr. Connell) said he needed braces. Not knowing I was there, dentist gave high-fives to staff stating "another referral!" Gave a referral to her fiances/boyfriend's ortho practice! I complained, but never heard back from Dr. Connell. Of course didn't go to where referred. Honest Ortho said no braces were needed. Dr. Connel sold out...never going back. Don't go to a dentist that sells Botox!!!
