  • Look, it is what it is. BCSS or Beer Can Chicken as we call it in our house is a Western Throwback where you can go for line dancing, bull riding watching, reasonably priced drinks, and decent food. Overall this is a place you'll go once a year with friends from out of town to show them what Cave Creek is all about. The nachos are huge and meant for sharing. The ribs are "ok" but no where near as good as Bryan's down the road. I would recommend the burgers as a safe bet.
