  • You guys used to be a 5-star operation. Then one day one of your employees decided to take it upon themselves to charge my debit card for an unauthorized tip! I called your corporate office and was told they are sure it was simply a mistake. Go back and talk to someone there so they can try to fix it. Uh, folks... I work and shouldn't have to return to ensure that your staff isn't stealing from your customers. Honestly, I never thought much of the flavor of your coffee and now with this thievery I am done.
