| - I posted pictures of pink stains that are from AFTER they came and "cleaned" my carpets. This company is a FRAUD! I booked an apt on green carpet cleaning website, within minutes i get a phone call from 800-718-6498 saying they got my online thing and wanted to confirm. I set the apt for Friday 5/25/18 between 10-12. They were late of course, i wasnt home but my roommate was. I was quoted $59 for 3 rooms, mind you i have pet stains in the master so i knew it was going to cost extra. The guy gets there and calls me trying to charge $300-$500 for my carpets. So i said never mind, just do the living room and spare room ( which have normal foot traffic) He says okay thatll be $179! So i freaked, i could barely understand his english so i called the office and they said well we can do the 3 rooms still for $99 but its not going to be a deep cleaning. I say fine do it, i get home that night from work to find the carpets not even cleaned ( my personal carpet cleaner i own does a better job) & pink stains where my bed goes. I asked my roommate how long the guy was there he said cleaning about 20 minutes.
So the next day (Saturday) i call, dont say who i am and ask how long it takes to clean 3 rooms roughly 1200 sqft, she tells me it takes an hour. So i tell her who i am, that i had the carpets cleaned the day before, he did a horrible job and on top of not cleaning he left pink stains. She told me to send pictures of my invoice and the carpet to 702-518-2211 and some one would call me back. So Sunday comes and i figured they were close but called and left a voicemail, then i called monday and explained my situation AGAIN and was told a supervisor would call me Tuesday because she wasnt in that day. So tuesday i call at 11am and am told supervisor still isnt in and ill get a call later. I call again at 4pm, and the explain again, the lady tells me that the tech only did a steam treatment so there is no way he couldve left stains. But she will call him and see when he can come back out to fix it, i asked her if i would be getting a call back the same day because ive been calling them getting no answers and no calls back. She says she sees a note that they did call me and they left a voicemail. So i asked when, she says Sunday. I check my phone.. No missed calls, no voicemail. I explained that to her, and she assured me she would call me back and that she is there till 8pm.
Of course i get no call back, so i call today Wednesday 5/30/18 and its the same lady, i told her im done, beyond frustrated, and at this point want a refund. Well of course they dont do refunds, she then becomes VERY VERY rude and tells me that the tech didnt leave the stains, she said maybe i went over the carpet with my own carpet cleaner after the guy left and thats why there are stains. WHY WOULD I GO OVER MY CARPET AFTER THE WERE APPARENTLY JUST CLEANED??? She says she did call me the day before and left a voicemail. its funny any time this company "calls you" You dont get the call or the voicemai. I told her i want to talk to an owner, manager someone. She said "Im a supervisor" and i told her you arent helping me.. She goes on to be rude and have horrible customer service. She said shell give my number to another supervisor and they call me. I said NO because everytime you guys call me back i apparently miss the call and dont get a voicemail. She finally transfers me and the new lady said she doesnt have a picture of my carpet from before to prove the stains werent there. So send it to her. She puts me on hold for 5 minutes and comes back to say "i talked to the tech and the owner, he didnt use solution on your carpets so theres no possible way he left stains" I told her dont worry about it, ill get it handled. This company are FULL of CRIMINALS and i dont understand how they are even allowed to do business! How can these people live with themselves ripping people off!
Also when i asked the lady on the phone what company cleaned my carpets she says Stainless Steamers.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! If any of these numbers contact you for carpet cleaning RUN!
