  • Went in to try to return defective merchandise and the owner refused.He kept giving me excuses about all the paper work he would have to fill out and how if he were to take them back he couldn't resell them. Mind you it was less than a day and they were never worn. Then the owner went on to tell me that the company would laugh at him if he took them back. This man gave me every excuse in the book and they were all bananas. Very poor customer service don't go to this guy because good quality customer service and merchandise is obviously way to much for him to handle.
