We went around 11am on a Thursday morning. In the first 5 minutes after being seated, we noticed something wasn't right. The dining room was maybe 60% full, and somehow, our waiter never showed and water wasn't poured. Another few more minutes went by, a waiter noticed us not being served, and decided to take on our table (he did say that he'll notify our waiter before coming back to serve us). Day special wasn't mentioned, and we placed our order for Chicken and waffles, and Croque Madame.
Dishes were great, just as expected from a Keller brand restaurant. The fries were fried to perfection, crispy and seasoned just right. Croque madame was very good. Fried egg on top and a bechemel-like sauce made it the best part of the meal. Their roast chicken was nice as well.
This experience with the service prompted a 3-star rating rather than a 4. Hopefully management can improve on this.
