  • Even 1 star is too much!!! My mom had long beautiful hair down to her waist. She wanted a new look and decided to try this place as it was close to her house. The owner, Paul chopped all of her hair off and "attempted" to highlight it with a balayage. She told him that she wanted blonde highlights in her dark hair and even showed him pictures of what she wanted. After 4 hours the results were not even close to what she wanted. She showed me a picture of her hair and I was horrified. I can't believe these people even have a salon. He obviously didn't know what he was doing. She came to me yesterday and I had to fix her hair. She will never again go back to that place. It will go out of business, mark my word.
