  • I booked this hotel via hotwire and was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. I was greeted by the staff with a bottle of water and was immediately told about the amenities such as the free complimentary buffet. First of all, u don't need a car in this location because there are bus stops all around the hotel and most attractions are within walking distance. The hotel has free wi-fi and although I didn't bring my laptop, there's a computer in the lobby. Unfortunately, they only had a smoking room and were sold out so I couldn't change it but when I got to the room, it didn't smell of smoke at all, and the bed was so comfortable. The surprise was although I was right in front of the elevator, I didn't hear it at all from inside my room. The lady in charge of the buffet asked if I found everything ok and the lady who was at check-in was there again to ask me about a family member who was ill at the hospital. That was very nice of her to show genuine concern. When you book on a third party site, you don't get a receipt from the hotel but a few minutes after I checked out, I immediately got a receipt via email. Overall, it was a great stay and I have no complaints.
