Don't fly with them and if you must do not go through Toronto. We flew from the Caribbean to Pittsburgh and changed planes in Toronto. We could not check-in online and Air Canada didn't allow anyone to print boarding passes from the kiosks at the airport. We had to wait in line at the desk. Then our first flight was delayed, twice. There were problems with take-off (that were a bit unsettling) and our connecting flight was also delayed, twice. The U.S. Customs line was AWFUL. People were angry because they had missed or were about to miss their connections (all Air Canada customers). The only plus was the TV screens in the back of each seat. It kept my daughter entertained. However, no movie could off-set my anxiety or frustration!
